Call of Duty: World at War

With the latest Call of Duty focusing on modern warfare, the next Call of Duty release takes us back in time to World War II like with previous releases. At E3 patrons were presented with a nice trailer of the upcoming title. We see a squad of American soldiers walking through some scrub with the voice of Jack Bauer himself, aka. Kiefer Sutherland, handing out orders to his squad members, until they stumble on a crashed American plane, and then suddenly get ambushed by Japanese soldiers.

This game looks really intense and hear racing (like with all Call of Duty games). The graphics look amazing and the plot is gripping as always. It won’t be too long till we get our next Call of Duty fix. online clarina

Red Faction: Guerilla

Ever since the release of Red Faction back in 2001 on the Playstation 2 and PC, there has been a cult following. This game changed the perspective of first person shooters through the introduction of destructible environments (Blowing holes through walls). Now we are presented with a new addition to the series, Red Faction: Guerilla, which is still in beta but available to all those lucky Xbox360 owners and playable throughout the whole month of August.

Like previous games, the gameplay is the same, aim your rocket launcher, mines, guns, etc at man-made walls and make a hole. One of my favourite new weapons is the addition of the sledgehammer which is useful for bustin’ walls and heads. Also new to this release is the addition of power backpacks which give players new abilities such as speed, flight (jetpack), concussion, unlimited ammo, increased weapon damage and improved strength.

It won’t be too long now till we see a retail release of this title, but from what I’ve seen from playing the beta, it is absolutely phenomenal. It brings back memories of  the original, blowing a hole in the ground and not being able to get out of it… Grrrr

Operation Flashpoint 2 Delayed!

I remember playing the original all those years ago and enjoying every moment, and now Codemasters will finally grace us with a sequel! Operation Flashpoint 2: Dragon Rising! Originally projected for a late 2008 release has now been pushed to 2009 with no projected release date… Sad as I am that it is delayed, I am not phased but very excited and hoping to <insert deity that you pray to.. or not> that a good amount of time and care is being taken to ensure that this game will be great. Despite the delay there will be some content on the E3 floor, hopefully playable! But for the meantime there are some pictures and video available on their site with some sketchy details. Looks like we’ll have to wait till E3 for more info. Stay tuned. zoloft withdraw

GTA IV: PC Bound

For all those people who hate console gaming and have a killer computer setup, this if for you, soon you will be able to grace the streets of Liberty City with your presence, with gun in hand. It comes to no surprise as history dictates that Rockstar usually ports their GTA releases to the PC at a later date. So far the projected release dates for this game are November 18th for North America and November 21st for Australia and Europe, which is approximately 3 months from now.

Right now there is no news on the system requirements needed to run this thing on your computer, but if you really want some great graphical quality, I’m sure its going to need a really good setup. So for those people in PC gaming land, finally! you’ll be able to play one of the most memorable games of our time! clomid success rates indian triphala mentat femara side affects wilmington breast enhancement
